What is Remote Online Notarization?
RON lets you notarize documents from anywhere using a secure video session with a commissioned notary. No in-person meeting required. Your NOCs, releases of lien, terminations, and other construction documents can be notarized and filed the same day.
Each RON session covers one signer and up to 25 pages. You can notarize your entire document package in a single session. Additional signers and pages are available at the rates below.
RON sessions are billed separately from your plan subscription. All plans include access.
