These NOCs are generated as PDF files within the platform.

Existing scanned NOC documents If you already have a completed NOC form that needs to be recorded, you can upload it to FileAndGo.

However, there are important requirements for these files to ensure they are acceptable by the County Clerk’s office:

Files must be in PDF format Documents must be scanned in black and white Scans must be at 300 dpi resolution

Photos/images taken on phones or other mobile devices are not accepted
